The profile selection depends on torque requirements, accuracy, pulley compatibility, and bending stress. AT profiles offer increased tooth strength, while GEN III versions provide up to 25% higher performance. T-profiles are suited for standard drives and high bending-stress applications, whereas DL versions are used when double-sided load capability is required.

Can SYNCHROFLEX belts operate at high rotational speeds?

Do SYNCHROFLEX belts require maintenance?
The belts are designed for low-maintenance operation with minimal pre-tension adjustments. They do not require lubrication and exhibit very low wear under correct installation conditions.
