BRECOFLEXmove Timing Belts

BRECOFLEXmove timing belts are designed for precise, high-load transmission in linear and rotary applications.
A newly developed steel cord tension member provides exceptional tensile strength and stiffness, enabling the transmission of higher forces while maintaining accurate positioning.

The FEM-optimized tooth geometry ensures uniform pressure distribution and reduced friction between belt and pulley teeth, resulting in lower wear and extended belt life. A laminate coating on the tooth side further minimizes friction losses, improving efficiency and running smoothness.

Compared to conventional endless belts, BRECOFLEXmove allows narrower belt widths for compact drive designs without compromising strength or reliability.

FAQ

What is the difference between BRECOmove and BRECOFLEXmove?
BRECOmove belts are open-ended, ideal for linear motion, while BRECOFLEXmove belts are endless and optimized for rotary and synchronous drives requiring continuous operation.

Can BRECOFLEXmove belts be customized in width or length?
Yes. Standard widths range from 25 to 100 mm, but intermediate widths and custom lengths up to 30,500 mm can be supplied on request.

Which material is used for BRECOFLEXmove belts?
They are manufactured from high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU ST1) with a steel cord tension member, offering excellent wear and fatigue resistance.

How does the FEM-optimized tooth geometry improve performance?
It ensures uniform load distribution, minimizing friction and wear while maintaining precise synchronization under high loads.

Can Bondy A/S assist with drive dimensioning?
Absolutely. Our technical specialists provide complete calculation support, from torque and tension analysis to pulley selection and layout recommendations.
