Leantechnik lifgo HP is a high-precision rack-and-pinion drive designed for applications where extreme positioning accuracy, high stiffness, and long strokes are required. The system features helical gearing with stepless backlash adjustment, ensuring consistently high precision and rigidity independent of stroke length. Unlike conventional solutions, lifgo HP maintains stiffness without increasing component diameter, preserving dynamic performance even for strokes exceeding 1.5 meters. The compact design combines gear and guidance in a single component, simplifying synchronization, reducing installation effort, and saving space. With smooth operation, low noise levels, reduced friction, and even load distribution across the tooth width, lifgo HP is ideally suited for machine tools and other high-precision linear axis applications across all axes (X/Y/Z).

Leantechnik lean SL gear rack drives are designed for rigid, synchronized lifting movements in high-tech automation applications where robustness, longevity, and economic system design are key requirements. Featuring round racks with large diameters and wide tooth spacing, the lean SL series delivers high stiffness and long service life, even in continuous operation. The standardized modular design allows multiple drives to be easily connected, regardless of system parameters, and enables combination with lifgo series gear rack drives of the same size. Available in four sizes and two versions – lean SL and lean SL double – the range supports lifting, positioning, gripping, and transfer applications. The lean SL double variant, with two opposing racks driven by a single pinion shaft, is particularly suited for gripping and positioning tasks where pulling and compressive forces are required without transverse loads.
