The PLC 120/240 P-INT (PNP) is a pulse-controlled automatic lubrication unit designed for reliable lubrication of rolling bearings, racks, open gearing, linear guides, ball swivel connectors, and ball screws. Powered by an external 24 VDC (±10%) supply, it provides defined dispensing with a delivery volume of 0.16 cm³ per outlet and signal. The unit operates at 30–60 bar, with a maximum discharge pressure of 70 bar, and supports both grease (NLGI class 000–2) and oils from an operating viscosity of 150 mm²/s.
