Lubricants

Grease F01 is a lithium/calcium complex grease with high-pressure additives bonded into the soap structure, ensuring reliable access to the metal surface under extreme loads. It is heat-resistant, provides strong corrosion protection and contains no solid lubricants. Developed for highly loaded open gear drives, it is also suitable for applications combining high temperatures and heavy loads, and can be used for plain bearings and bushings. Operating temperature range: –30°C to +150°C. (DIN 51825 OGP0N-30, NLGI 0–1)

Grease F02 is a synthetic special grease designed for high specific loads and long service life in demanding environments. A dedicated additive package provides high thermal and oxidative stability along with excellent corrosion and wear protection. The grease is NSF H1 approved and resistant to cold/hot water and steam, making it ideal for industrial and food-related applications. Operating temperature range: –40°C to +140°C. Grease F03 is a short-fiber, homogeneous lithium-saponified universal grease based on mineral oil for roller and plain bearings under medium to high loads. Its high adhesion makes it particularly suitable for short-stroke applications, while its water resistance and anti-corrosive properties ensure reliable operation. It is recommended for linear guides, roller guides and ball screws, and can also be used with lubrication pinions for continuous relubrication of open gears. Operating temperature range: –20°C to +120°C. (DIN 51825 KP2K-20, NLGI 2)

Grease F04 is a lithium-calcium saponified multi-purpose grease with mineral oil, developed for roller and sliding bearings under medium loads. It performs well under occasional shock loads and offers strong water resistance and corrosion protection. Typical applications include ball and roller bearings and ball screws, and it can be used with lubrication pinions for continuous relubrication of open gears. Suitable for relubrication systems and distributors. Operating temperature range: –30°C to +130°C. (DIN 51502 KP2K-20, NLGI 2)

Grease F07 is a fully synthetic high-performance grease based on polyalphaolefin (PAO) with small proportions of PTFE for enhanced lubrication under demanding conditions. It is designed for sliding and roller bearings, recirculating ball bearings and KGT nuts, offering excellent performance across a wide temperature range. The grease maintains good pumpability in lubrication systems from –40°C to +80°C. Operating temperature range: –40°C to +160°C. (DIN 51825 KPHC2P-40, NLGI 2)

Grease F09 is a fully synthetic grease based on PAO base oil with polyurea thickener, developed for high-speed and precision lubrication. It is recommended for miniature ball bearings and gears, as well as spindle bearings in CNC machines, where stable lubrication and long service life are required. Operating temperature range: –40°C to +160°C. (KPFHC1N-40, NLGI 1)

Grease F14 is a special mineral-oil-based grease offering high pressure absorption, strong wear protection and reliable corrosion resistance. With high water resistance and very good conveying properties, it is particularly suitable for centralized lubrication systems. Typical applications include roller bearings, sliding bearings, ball screws and linear guides. Operating temperature range: –25°C to +180°C, with pumpability in lubrication systems from –25°C to +180°C. (GB 0, NLGI 0)

Oil OE1 is a highly viscous, creeping and adhesive lubricant based on synthetic white oil, developed for applications requiring strong film retention. It provides EP and boundary lubrication properties and is NSF H1 approved, making it suitable for sensitive environments. Recommended for the lubrication of chains and plain bearings. Pumpability in lubrication systems from +5°C to +65°C. Operating temperature range: –10°C to +80°C.

Oil OE3 is a paraffin oil-based lubricant with NSF H1 approval, designed to provide very good wear protection and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for the lubrication of chains and plain bearings and supports reliable operation across a wide temperature range. Pumpability in lubrication systems from +5°C to +80°C. Operating temperature range: –10°C to +120°C.
