PU-Applicators

The PU Lubrication Roll is a segmented applicator made from open-cell polyurethane foam for reliable relubrication of chains and guides. The foam material stores lubricant and releases it evenly during operation, ensuring consistent lubrication without over-application. Designed for grease lubrication up to NLGI class 2, the roll can be supplied in diameters up to 600 mm, with freely selectable contours. The PU material provides very good emergency running properties, and covers/enclosures are available on request.

The PU Lubrication Sprocket applies lubricant directly to roller chain links at defined contact points using open-cell PU foam rollers. Driven by a low-wear steel pinion, the system ensures controlled lubricant transfer over long operating periods.
