The DLS Flow Divider is a robust lubrication distributor designed to evenly divide lubricant flow to 2 or 4 outlets in centralized lubrication systems. It supports both grease (NLGI 000–2) and oil from approx. 150 mm²/s viscosity and operates at pressures up to 150 bar. The distributor provides flow rates up to 300 cm³/min for oil and 70 cm³/min for grease, making it suitable for a wide range of machine lubrication requirements. Manufactured with an aluminium housing, steel internal parts and FPM seals, it is built for reliable operation in ambient temperatures from –20°C to +80°C.

The DLS-Dispense is a compact multi-outlet lubrication distributor designed for flexible grease distribution to multiple lubrication points. The unit features 4 to 10 outlets with integrated check valves on all outlets to prevent backflow and ensure consistent delivery. Both inlet and outlets are provided as straight tube connections for Ø 6 mm tubing, enabling fast installation in machine environments. Circulation monitoring can be supplied on request for added system supervision.

The DLS-Share Solenoid Bar is a 24 VDC controlled distribution manifold for grease lubrication, designed to supply multiple lubrication points with precise switching. The unit is available with 2 to 6 outlets and features G1/8 inlet and outlet ports, supplied with straight tube connectors for Ø 6 mm tubing for easy integration. With electrical control via 24 V DC, the solenoid bar enables reliable, automated lubricant distribution in centralized lubrication systems.

The Progressive Distributor is a compact 2-outlet lubrication accessory designed for controlled lubricant distribution in centralized systems. It features a straight inlet for Ø 6 mm tubing and includes integrated return hose valves on all outlets to support reliable operation and prevent undesired backflow. The unit is vented, making it suitable for stable performance in demanding lubrication applications where controlled progressive distribution is required.

The Tube Connectors & Fittings range includes a comprehensive selection of screw-in fittings and adapters for reliable tube connections in lubrication systems. The assortment covers straight and 90° fittings in both cylindrical (with O-ring sealing) and conical versions, including rotatable and non-rotatable designs. For improved system reliability, selected variants are available with integrated check valves to prevent backflow. The range is complemented by thread adapters and connectors, enabling flexible integration and secure installation across a wide variety of lubrication applications.

The Mounting Brackets are durable stainless steel brackets designed for secure installation of lubrication pinions and lubrication rollers in industrial applications. Two sizes are available: the 40/80 bracket with an elongated hole for M10, suitable for mounting applicators with a diameter of up to 80 mm, and the 60/130 bracket with an elongated hole for M16, designed for applicators up to 120 mm in diameter. The elongated hole design allows flexible positioning and easier alignment during assembly.
