A manufacturer of dental 3D scanners needed guide units for equipment used in environments with demanding hygiene requirements. Challenge
The guide units needed to suit the scanner application and its hygiene requirements. The design also had to progress from a single prototype to series production, supported by testing and documentation.
Solution
Bondy provided technical advice, development, drawings and documentation throughout the project. Prototypes formed the basis for a pilot series, which underwent technical testing and field trials.
Test data supported the approval process and the subsequent move into series production.
